One big omelet split in half

5 duck eggs scrambled

Cheese

Onion

Tomato 

Mushroom 

Butter

Little meat cut up small.

We all know how to make an omelet so have fun with it😆

Duck egg French Toast

Another recipe using duck eggs😄

Easy 

2 duck eggs scrambled 

Cinnamon 

Nutmeg 

Vanilla 

Milk

Bread

Mix the first five ingredients  I usually shake the cinnamon and Nutmeg in the eggs. Use less Nutmeg than cinnamon a little goes a long way I always like a little vanilla mixed in around 1/4 a teaspoon. Now with the milk it doesn't take much 1/8 cup maybe a tad more this is more about personal taste. Soak a slice a bread in the mix and fry. Good stuff😉
